Very quick to burn, but no red inside ours. On the plus side, the random wax melting did add a spooky effect.

Happy with the product. Dripping sort of reddish purple colour.

The candles are described as black with red wax when lit, they are more dark brown and no real colour when liquified. Still a nice looking candle

Love the idea of the candles unfortunately the red isn't bright enough to see the candle bleed so that was disappointing I was excited about seeing the red drip down I left them in my window for a few hours we had a little sun and I mean little but it was enough to melt and bend the candles

Just what I anted..they made my Halloween table look very spooky..the only thing was that they burn very quickly.

so i’ve seen other reviews saying the colour is wrong, i personally love it it looks more realistic and creepy, as you can see i’ve had blood drip candles before but my other had bright red blood, this is so much more life like (i mean that in the least concerning way possible i’m not crazy) they’re amazing and the burn time says 2hrs but this has been going for 4 and probably has another hour in it!

Burns well and for longer than stated. But the inside of the candle is such a pale red it does not show in the drips which just look black. Works well as a candle but not the effect promised.

Took a bit to start dripping, which is ok,but the interior wax was not bright red as advertised. We may have had a draft, which caused one side of the candelabra to burn faster and drip more in the picture.

2 stars because they are useful as candles only. They don’t drip, melt or bleed. Just buy normal candles and save your money

Not what I expected but ok

I purchased these to put in an empty Pogues whiskey bottle. It’s a lovely dark red colour and my friend is mad about the band, it was included in a gift basket for her. She said the candles did drip red and the effect with the bottle was amazing. I was very pleased and will purchase these again.

Sadly these don’t bleed due to what they are made of, just buy regular candles. If you want a black candle they are nice enough though.

These candles are brilliant ! They will run for desired effect and look amazing . The wax is so easy to remove should you wish but I left mine and months on its still looking as good and effective receiving remarks of interest everytime someone sees them ! Definitely purchase again great value .

They arrived cracked which wasn't a great start. It didn't really have the effect for me as shown. But they fit in my bottle so their is that.

Don't really drip red as described, more just a black mess. And they come with so much unnecessary plastic wrapping! Won't be buying again.

Arrived fine, in good condition, They took a while to drip, and don't see much of the red colour coming through, the black obscures it. They can make a right mess so maybe sure you have something under the candle stick or bottle whatever you have them in to catch the wax, and they seem to leave a stronger smell in the air than other candles I've had, other than that they're okay.

They look cool, but I bought them for my wedding because my colours are red and black. But these are not either colour. More of a very dark purple.

2 where broke in packaging , also the red hasn’t run down yet , or if it has its very dark as I can’t see it .

They do what they're supposed to do I guess. Bleed loads of red wax. All over the place. And they burn sort of fast. So won't buy again because that'd get expensive real fast.

These are good, they do what it says in the description, but they do make a bit of a mess

just trim the wick pre use to make sure the candle actually drips but it’s pretty so yeah 10/10

No scent so doesn't trigger migraines. Burns slowly, not as red as the pics but still lovely.

They do as they say however it doesn’t really drip that well. I have found I need to spend time to create a hole in the side of the candle so it can drip red. Does give a cool build up effect if you use multiple on the same stand.
